Well it is coming and it will be released as openSource too for the would be hosters out there. joomWHM will be the name of the project and it will be my project in my spare time for the next few months in an effort to bring it to Beta status.

The goal is to create a Joomla WHM system which will allow you to run your own web hosting through the Joomla Core. There will be more released tonight as I will spend some time building the specification documents for it, and obviously the wishlist and bug tracker will be implemented for a showcase trialing.
